Dr. Laureen Forgione-Rubino is a general surgeon who has been in private practice since 1993.
She is an active member of the medical staff at Eastern Connecticut Health Network which includes Manchester Memorial Hospital and Rockville General Hospital, St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center, and Hartford Hospital. Dr. Rubino has been the Chief of Surgery for E.C.H.N. since 2002. She has also been a member of The Hartford County Medical Association since 2002, serving in many leadership positions including president.
Dr. Rubino received her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, and completed residencies at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT and St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York, NY.
